You received your e-ticket via e-mail.
Keep your ticket and ID ready when entering the venue to ensure a smooth check-in.

Minimum age
The minimum age to enter the event is 18+. You must be 18 years or older to enter the event.

T-shirt pick up
If you purchased a Paddock ticket, an exclusive KNTXT t-shirt is included in your package. You will be able to pick up your t-shirt at the VIP Paddock Entrance by showing your e-ticket.

Bring your friends!
Tickets can still be purchased at the door until 2 AM subject to availability.

CHARLOTTE DE WITTE WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO PLAY HER BIGGEST ARENA SHOW EVER ON FEBRUARY 5TH, 2022 IN FLANDERS EXPO. DUE TO THE COVID MEASURES, THE EVENT IS POSTPONED TO APRIL 16TH, 2022, AT THE SAME LOCATION IN FLANDERS EXPO.

ALL TICKETS & HOTEL ROOMS HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO SATURDAY APRIL 16, 2022. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ADJUSTED
E-TICKET ON THE 4TH OF APRIL. YOUR ORDER ID WILL REMAIN THE SAME. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY FURTHER ACTION.



CASHLESS


KNTXT will be a cashless event.
At the entrance you will receive a unique KNTXT cashless card. Download and activate the Payconiq by Bancontact app before you arrive at the event. By downloading the app in advance, you can top up your cashless card yourself and avoid queues. Scan the QR code on the card, add an amount and have a fantastic night.

You don’t have the Payconiq by Bancontact App? No problem, go to one of the top-up stations and top up with your bank card. VERY IMPORTANT: Leftover value on your card is REFUNDABLE. After the event, you can request a refund on the website. A refund cost will be charged.



HEALTH & SAFETY


Covid regulations
We are happy to inform you that all safety measures regarding Covid-19 have been lifted. A Covid Safe Ticket (CST) or PCR test is no longer required to enter the event. Wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory.

At the event
We kindly ask you not to bring any unnecessary things with you. Bags will be checked when entering the venue. Lockers will be available to store backpacks and bags.

Everything will be put in place to make the security checks go as smoothly as possible. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and your spontaneous cooperation at the security checks.

Please check the house rules for all safety regulations.

Zero Tolerance
Please be aware there is an absolute zero tolerance policy regarding drugs.

Protect your ears
KNTXT protects its visitors’ hearing. Sound levels are constantly monitored in accordance with the law. You can get free earplugs at the lockers and cashless stations.

SUSTAINABILITY


KNTXT cares about sustainability. We are working with eco-tokens to reduce waste at the event.

How does it work?

  • At the entrance, you receive 1 free eco-token.
  • Go to the bar, order your drink and hand over your eco-token.
  • Don’t throw away your cup, bottle or can. Hand it over at the bar when you order a new drink or exchange it for an eco-token.
  • If you order a drink without an eco-token, empty cup, bottle or can, you pay € 1 extra per drink.
  • Important info: eco-tokens cannot be exchanged for cash.



LOCKERS


Lockers are available inside the venue for € 6 and € 8. The venue is not responsible for any damages or thefts.
